Message from the CEO

“ Spadeworks is in its 18th year of business as on 2024”.

However we reset our clock in the year 2019 when we decided to make a positive difference and an impact for our environment and planet. This is the year we decided to offer sustainable options across all our products to our customers irrespective of need or requirement. We realised it was a dire necessity and we had to do our part then and there. Today, the whole world realises it is a dire necessity. And thus we continue doing it every day, every season and every year. 2019 was the year we were reborn as an organisation. We remain steadfast in our mission to make a difference in our industry and a positive impact on our environment.

Sustainability today, remains at the core of what we do as a company. Our offerings to our customers starts with “sustainability first and above” everything else. From yarns to fabrics to threads, accessories, polybags and cartons, we make sure our customers are offered sustainable options of every single item used in the apparel supply chain. Our Net Zero Mission 2024 ( for scope 1, 2 and 3 ) set us on a path to solar energy in manufacturing, low water usage, waterless washing and now regenerative cotton. Not to mention, traceability and transparency every step of the way on all matters of supply chain, compliance and sourcing. Sustainability above all else and ethics above sustainability.

For us, the journey has just begun. But we are already feeling the change inside and outside. Our teams are energised to be part of a larger mission and our customers recognise the difference this energy has brought about – in products and service.

Yes the apparel industry is the second largest polluter of the planet. We and many others like us try to play a small part in reversing this damage. My respect to them and the industry for taking action.
